Very Good

The hotel is really nice and well maintained. Room and bathroom are clean and comfortable. The position is strategic to reach even by walk the old city of Chiang Mai. They also give you a big bottle of water per day. :) appreciate!

Wonderful

The staff were superb. Super helpful booking excursions and playing with our daughter. It was a super friendly environment for families.

The location was OK but nothing remarkable. Pool was quite cold, but OK.

Very homely vibe and well looked after by the owners ! You get what you pay for and more!

This hotel is very much a family run hotel. It shows and is a pleasure to stay there. The staff are all very helpful and will go out of their way to look after their guests. Very homely feel would definitely recommend.

The bad water pressure in the showers. But still manageable.

Perfect place for family with kids in Chiang Mai

Very nice and clean space (the room, the pool area, the stairs and elevator, the reception, the parking). The staff ( owners ) are very helpful with ordering food, laundry or advise about trips. The best choice of hotel that we could've made for a stay of family with 2 young children.

I can only think at very very small things that could be improved: have a small stool in the bathroom (for kids to reach the sink) , have 2 chairs available on the balcony (for parents to hangout after kids fall asleep) ; have a couple of pool accessories ( maybe a ball or maybe a swimming ring).

Screen Doors! Big refrigerator! Nice pool! Free complimentary small breakfast! Friendly staff that keeps the premises in good shape. Restaurants nearby.

Fantastic place to stay with your family!

We had the pool access family room and it was absolutely perfect for our stay! Our seven year old met lots of friends at the pool and it made our stay really enjoyable. If you are travelling with kids this is an excellent choice! Short walk to access old town and lots of food options!

Pleasent stay

Lovely hotel, good rooms , good value and very good location.

Arrived at 7.30am..because of traveling overnight..but expected to leave bags there...but eventhough they had spare rooms available I was told 2.00 pm was check time...the hotel were correct in their actions, but showed no flexibility.

Most helpful staff! Great hotel for sight seeing!

Excellent hotel within walking distance of the old city. The staff here have been superb and are very helpful and knowledgable. Couldn’t recommend the hotel enough based on the staff alone! The room was lovely and the comfiest bed in Thailand for sure (we requested a soft topper before hand)

Not many things to dislike really!

The hotel is in a good location about 5 minutes walk south...

The hotel is in a good location about 5 minutes walk south of the old town gates. The hotel is family run and the lady who did most of the concierge things was really nice and helpful. The pool was nice, the rooms were spacious and clean and breakfast (200 Baht per adult) was yummy, although probably overpriced when you consider just how cheap eating out is in general.

It was nice that so many children’s toys were provided but there was not anywhere to use them. The balance bikes and tricycles in particular couldn’t be used on the path! Either let the children use them on the path or take them away.

Would definitely stay again next time I’m in Chiang Mai.

Great place that exceeded our expectations. Very family friendly and very helpful and friendly people who run it - from directions in Chiang Mai to free airport transfers. Highly recommended.

Excelent and friendly staff

The staff ensure we enjoyed our stay there. They went extra mile to help us bought the birthday cake and did a simple decoration in our room for my husband's birthday celebration during our stay. The room was clean and value for money.

Friendly and accommodating staff.

Friendly and accommodating staff. The room had everything we needed for a 1 night stay and the location was good. Free shuttle to the night markets was much appreciated. Large bed and comfortable pillows.

Nothing particularly wrong, breakfast wasn't included but we knew this when we booked. The room was simple but good value for the price we paid.

Perfect place for really nice city

The place it’s amazing and the staff it’s incledrible. We request to have breackfast one day and they were the whole time worried about us, asking all the time if we wanted more food, so kind.
